Mumbai & Gujarat

Gujarat, a region of fine culture, history, and superlative geographical features, has turned out to be one of the ideal destinations for planning a holiday in India. Speaking of the deserts, nowhere can match the spectacular moonlit nights of Rann of Kutch and if to the north, the Gir sanctuary is not just any sanctuary, it is a home to the regal Asiatic lions. A Gujarat tour package gives an opportunity of enjoying the wonderful contradictions that the state is, of tradition embroiled with modern day filth, corporatism and rest.

Gujarat Tour Package from Mumbai offer famous tourist places from Rani Ki Vav a UNESCO heritage site to the famous Sun temple at Modhera and Gir sanctuary a home of the Asiatic lions.

Gujarat Tour Package from Mumbai

Traveling to Gujarat would be an interesting trip that ventures into its lively culture, various landforms and the rich heritage. The Rann of Kutch is quite a sight, especially during the Rann Utsav where the barren white desert is filled with colors, music and dances. A journey to Dwarka is also a necessary trip, since it communicates nostalgia and the appeal of the age.the As for Gujarat tourism, there is just too much to choose from for visitors ranging from holy shrines to national parks making it a healthy mix of thrill, culture and peace. Wherever one goes, be it the ancient temples of Dwarka or the unspoiled beauty of the Rann of Kutch, One can always find something special in Gujarat.

Another aspect which some tourists to this region tend to forget is the fact that Krishna actually existed in this realm. The city of Dwarka is ancient, and believed to have been ruled by Lord Krishna himself, thus of profuse importance to tourism of Gujarat. The ancient city is sacred for devotees to visit and is a window into one of India’s spiritual centres. Moreover, one can visit Rani Ki Vav, a step-well plunging in history quite intricately designed to safegaurd water reserves, or the Sun Temple at Modhera, outstanding in its grandeur, dedicated to the god of sun. The desert stretch of Rann of Kutch makes a visit to Gujarat not complete, also the largest salt flated wetland in the world and can enjoy the annual cultural fair called Rann Utsav featuring local traditions and arts.

Gujarat is a rewarding destination that presents a contrasting experience with Mumbai where Mumbai offers a highly dynamic and cosmopolitan nature while Gujarat is a state that has a lot of quirk. While the city of Mumbai is bustling with activity, grocery capitals and lots of movies, Gujarat is a place of landscapes and quiet and warm adventures. Mumbai the economic hub of India and also the Movie capital of India is known for its fast paced life. Mumbai has tall buildings, heavy markets, stands such as the Gateway of India and a nightlife while Gujarat is rich in culture and has a few cities with a rich heritage and quiet environment.

For those who are looking to visit the temples or the wildlife or the cultural festivities, a Gujarat tourism package covers it all. Starting from the city of modern Mumbai to a state of Gujarat which is quite old in its tradition and never seems to change, this is a tour that would be worth your life.
